Applications should be made directly to the Charity on the standard application form (together with all relevant supporting documentation), following which a Trustee will arrange for any necessary due diligence work and, if appropriate, visit the applicant.
Applications will be judged against the following criteria:
- Clarity of outcomes and measurement criteria
- Enduring benefit and innovation– either from an ongoing project or to the individuals involved
- Sound governance, including safeguarding and statutory filings on time
- Acceptable level of reserves and administration expenses
- Financial stability
Once the grant is awarded periodic update reports showing performance against set outcomes and targets will be required and an evaluation form completed. We ask that grants/payments are acknowledged on recipient’s letterhead.
